Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at the dealership and Mert was very helpful and polite. Apart from a few sales tactics that are pretty common in this industry, I would say I felt respected and given the time and patience that a customer deserves.
​I have spent entire days at dealerships before but Mert is built different. They value your time and keep things moving. No unnecessary office games.
