Nick was extremely helpful throughout our experience. When our vehicle needed new tires in October, he provided excellent assistance to my husband and was consistently friendly, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, within the same month of purchasing our new tires, I discovered a screw in one of them. I returned to Toyota, and Nick promptly assisted me in getting the tire replaced. He handled the situation quickly, efficiently, and with exceptional professionalism. Nick truly went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It is very easy to schedule car appointments through the toyota app and the service team does fast, reliable work.
