We had previously been to another dealer and got the old school run around. The staff at Flood Ford Lincoln was excellent. They communicated the availability of a car we were interested in and the buying process was quick and easy. Never had an issue dealing with the Flood Auto group
Purchased a vehicle for a good price and was out of the dealership quickly. Very much like their service department. Michelle from their IT end was a pleasure to work with.
Salesman pushed hard on my elderly mom for a sale. Waited 4 hours only to be shown a highly substandard vehicle. My elderly mom is recovering from a stroke and I clearly informed the Salesman of my moms condition of being ill, not being able to walk should have been a red flag, but the Salesman didn't care that my elderly mom is ill, cannot walk and legally cannot drive. Only the untrustworthy would even attempt to make a sale at the expense of another's wellbeing. Don't bring your elderly loved ones to Flood Ford Narragansett. I truly wish I never did and certainly wouldn't ever again. The Salesman name is Timothy W. UNTRUSTWORTHETHY.!!! TIMOTHY W. ARRANGED FOR MY ELDERLY MOM TO BE PICKED UP AT MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ELDERLY MOM & HER SAFETY, MEDICALLY, SHE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT PROPER SUPERVISION DUE TO SEVERE MEDICAL ISSUES. ( Timothy W. either had someone from Flood Ford Narragansett pick her up or did so himself) MY ELDERLY MOM IS NOT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT MEDICAL APPROVAL, BUT FLOOD FORD DID ONLY TO PUSH THE SALE. (Forced to communicate with a lawfirm currently to see if potential UNETHICAL procedures occurred and what if anything can be done to resolve this matter) and the Better Business Bureau of Rhode Island. ..this is a very sad situation, please do not make the mistake I did by even mentioning Flood Ford in Narragansett to a friend or family member.
I had a great purchase experience at this dealership. The staff were pleasant and it was a lot pressure purchasing situation.
Michelle and John Downing were knowledgeable, helpful and were attentive while not being pushy. They followed up with everything they had committed to do and made me very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience!!
Tom Babbit was super friendly. Responsive to questions even after hours. Made the process easy coming in with the best price up front. Michelle also assisted making sure I was connected with Tom.
