I had scheduled an appointment via the My Buick / Onstar app but upon arrival I was directed to the ‘quick service lane’ at the Ford Building for my request. Instead of a scheduled appointment that put me ‘in the queue’ with other drive-in clients. Nobody at service desk to greet or discuss. I walked into the shop and approached a mechanic to inquire if I was in the proper location whom was friendly/helpful and directed me to a waiting area. After roughly 45 minutes waiting and seeing my car backed away from the service building to bring other clients through I finally watched my vehicle enter for service. Once this occurred the maintenance team was very swift and thorough, even checked a few periodic items and suggested some improvements which I happily accepted. Appointment for a ‘quick oil change’ took nearly an hour of waiting before the car was even rolled into a bay. What’s the point of scheduling service via the app if they simply drop you in to first-come-first-serve sequence? If that’s how it is, no problem for future visits. But there was no communication of this until arrival and the first I heard from a rep was him asking if I wanted to change air filters while we were there.
They have always been there for my husband and me. Very courteous and informative, without being pushy. Their work is always quick and expertly done.
The guys are always so nice and helpful! They answer all my questions I may have!
