Smooth process. Talked with them via email what I was looking for from their inventory. Showed up and vehicle was setting in front ready for me to test drive. There were some features this truck didn't have, Dakota was able to show me quickly one with features I wanted. Walked into dealership 9 am. Was driving off with new truck by 11:30
