The etorque MGU on my Ram 1500 Limited recently failed. I worked with service advisors Elizabeth Williams and technician Jeff Johnston to have it replaced. Elizabeth was fantastic. She truly knows what customer service is all about. I am completely satisfied with the service she provided. It was a pleasure to work with her. I did not meet the technician Jeff Johnston, but he obviously is very knowledgeable. MGU replacement is technically difficult due to the complexity of the electronics involved. I have had zero issues with it since the install. I am grateful to have these fine people available for my service needs. I highly recommend them both and Olathe Ram. I also want to give a shout out to Rebecca Michel who worked tirelessly to get me a loaner vehicle while the MGU was being delivered.
I pulled in without an appointment. They took a very good care of me. My weight wasn't very long for an oil change and rotation. I love going there always greet customer service.
Great service, way over priced I was shocked to hear the cost of the maintenance. I don't blame the technician
