Very thorough intake for my truck. Luke kept me informed throughout the process. I was disappointed to learn of the 3% upcharge for the use of a credit card for payment. My repair was close to $7000.

My seat was adjusted and not returned to its original position. My dash display was not reset to what I had, it's just showing the "clear oil change interval"-type message. Please note the display's setup before service, and set it back after service. I had set my seat to where it was comfortable, I'm 6' 7", now I have to adjust things back to where they were. If a tech just needs to drive to a bay, he or she can scoot up to hit the pedals.
I told them I was making a big trip this weekend and they made my truck ready for the drive. Very pleased.
Warning light came on and I had a new battery installed due to slow starting. They charged the battery after reviewing all errors.
