Excellent Jared was so professional from the moment I walked in. He was quick to come to my car and it was a walk-in which I thought it would take longer before someone actually attended me , but it wasn't. I used the shuttle home back and forth and the experience was great. Your driver (can't remember his name) was friendly and professional.

My first time getting an oil change at this dealership and Luke Johnson checked me in. I asked Luke whether or not your dealership sold Pacificas. He said, ":I have no idea--I only work in the service department." He then pointed to a building somewhere outside and said that new car sales were "over there". Not exactly the response I was expecting--Luke apparently has no idea what new cars are sold at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. He could only tell me that I was in the building with the used cars. Wow--maybe someone should show him around the place.
Recall Service took less time than expected. Only complaint and it was not with today's service but when i bought the truck a few months ago, immediately got a recall message. Not sure why they didn't do the service before my delivery
