there service is the worst, I asked the service advisor to call with questions or up dates, in the two weeks the truck was there i called 5 or 6 times, not one return call, they replaced two parts that were not related to the problem and when i did pick up the truck there was so much bird poop on the windshield i couldn't see to drive, the topper was as soon as i got on the road the check engine light came back on, I went back, the advisers advise was to keep driving the truck the light will probably go off, I have be a GM customer from 3 or 4 different owners of this dealer, some good some not so good but Premier is by far the worst of them all,i will not be going back
Nate the service manager did a great job helpimg me with a new Transmission. He keep my posted all along the way. He also provided me with a car to drive while my truck was in the shop. Good job Nate.
Car has been on rack in service for two months !! Nobody seems to care … If I could have given HALF A STAR I would have posted such.
Sent email to this dealer and they totally ignored what I was saying. It was like they hadn't even read my email. I should have read all the negative reviews before contacting them.
This dealership matched the best price I saw anywhere and worked hard to find the exact car I wanted. When they found the car several hundred miles away they hired a truck to bring it to town without putting any miles on the car. I was literally the first person to test drive that car and it was perfect.
Wow! The owner Peter Sercia made me feel like part of the family! DJ, the GM, did a great job getting my car deal set up for Mike in Finance who also did a great job preparing all the documents. Damian the salesman did a great job during the test drive and getting the car ready for delivery! It was the easiest car buying experience ever for me! I highly recommend this dealership!
