I bought a Mini Cooper there a month ago and they insisted on a paperwork redo because they got the car mixed up and then charged me an extra $4,000. This Mini has mostly been in their shop as it kept going into limp mode since first driving it, and I had it towed back. I tried to give them an out by unwinding the deal or was on board to switch to a cheaper BMW there but was met with resistance. Nice people, but I lost $1,000 and many hours on a bad outcome.

Highly recommend going somewhere else. Dealer reassured me the car was in good condition and had a one-time owner who did regular maintenance. Not true. Took it into my mechanic and they immediately found break pads warn to 3%, door lock that was busted, bad gaskets and seals leaking oil all over the pan. Easily seen during an inspection. Had to fight to get them to cover it. And they wouldn't cover it all. Month later and something is wrong with the transmission.
