I bought the truck over the phone and never saw it in person. It was delivered yesterday and everything that was represented about the truck was accurate and I was well satisfied. My salesman, Isaias, was extremely accommodating even to the point of making a video for me at his own suggestion. Even though the negotiating process is always tough, I came away with the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
