Great place to bring your car! BMW Coconut Creek, Florida, brought my 1998 BMW back to life after I had almost given up hope.

The Service Manager, Joe, was incredible !!! The mechanic, Joe, escalated my issue to Chris, who was phenomenal!!! The service writer, Stephan Bonney, leaves a lot to be desired... Poor communication, poor follow-up, never returned calls; I had to escalate to the Service Manager, Joe, who took fantastic care of me !!! Stay away from the service writer - GO TO this dealership !!!
