I’ve been bringing my BMWs to your location for service for about 20 years, and I have to say that the level of service has declined significantly lately. For this recent appointment, I was specifically promised a loaner vehicle when I scheduled the service. However, when I dropped off my car, no one seemed to know anything about it. To avoid losing even more time by scheduling a new appointment, I agreed to be dropped off and later picked up by Lyft instead, which messed up my day. Unfortunately, when I called for my return ride, I had to make five separate calls to different people over a 2 hours span, before it became clear that no Lyft would pick me up that day. As a result, I was left without a car and had to wait until the next day. This was completely unacceptable. If a loaner vehicle is promised to a customer, one should be reserved and available at the time of drop-off.

Service was a breeze at BMW Coconut Creek. Samantha was extremely attentive, reassuring, and answered all my questions/concerns promptly. I will be back, and I hope to deal with Samantha again. Inspection video was well done and my car looked to be taken care of. No complaints.

It took a while but the repair was completed and my car was returned clean.

I had a really bad experience with BMW roadside assistance. My service person Alan, was fabulous when I came in with the tow truck. He had my tire fixed and an inspection done in my car less than a half an hour he was able to get me out so I could be home with my family. He truly was the best.
