They have excellent service and are very detailed and informative with repairs/work that needs to be done. As a first time car owner, I trust them to have my best interests in mind and they care about their customers!

Very good experience. David was very helpful. Easy, fast, simple. Straight to the point. Definitely recommend this place.

The only thing I would recommend is if you’re going to wash the vehicle after any service, at least wash it like if it was purchased for the first time at the lot. That would only be my only complaint. Besides that, the employees that were there that day were great! Everyone was very friendly.

It was excellent working with Justin. Justin worked on my behalf as a liaison between myself and GMC, in order to get a fair resolution for all regarding replacement of our transmission. As that had gone out while our vehicle had barely surpassed the warranty threshold. He patiently worked with me and them for weeks, and I feel all parties came to a fair solution with good faith and feelings all around. I truly appreciate his support and efforts and feel your company is fortunate to have him as an employee. I have left with a good feeling for him and your company and brands. We shall use your service department going forward when we are in need of services for our GMC. As we really like our GMC Terrain. Though if we are in the market in the future for a change in vehicle, we will be sure to look at you guys first, to see if anything you have would be peaking our interest. Being a newer transplant to California from Washington, it is really refreshing to have a pleasant experience like this.
