purchased a 2025 toyota corolla from Lloyd, even tho it is listed multiple times in their description that it comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY, and in the car’s manual it states the car comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY key, we were given a key with no buttons, & have to actually use the key to manually unlock the car. there are no buttons to press on the trunk to open it, this is a TWENTY TWENTY FIVE car and you give us a key with no buttons? so we have to manually unlock & lock the car every time. when we bring it up to Lloyd, he says that “that’s the only key we have. you were offered the option to certify the car which you didn’t and would have come with two keys” which is NOT the case we were not given this option, but either way which is it?? you have 1 or 2 keys?? i cannot believe a dealership will give you the wrong key that isn’t even supposed to come with the car, and refuse to fix it even tho it’s listed all on their listing that it’s KEYLESS. check their better business profile before you buy from here, endless bad reviews and complaints.

I was blessed at Conyers Nissan for taken care of my 2024 Versa see ( Danny) they got all of problems solved. My next truck will purchased at Conyers Nissan.

They are rude & unhelpful. My call was passed around and nobody wanted to take ownership or responsibility. No one would assist with finding out the simple answer to my question regarding something sold by them. A manager was literally yelling at me & hung up in my face. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from there EVER again and I will not refer anyone here.

I’ve bought my last two vehicles from Nissan. Other than wear and tear the cars have been pretty good!!
