I purchased a 25' Pathfinder with Hubler Nissan after 11 years in my Murano with 205,000 miles. I wasn't in a rush and I felt like the team adequately checked-in but gave me space to explore other cars on my list too. They offered both new and used options, sourced the exact specs I wanted, and negotiated with me to get the best value. I've been in my Pathfinder for three months and truly love it. Our family did keep the Murano as a commuter car and still get it serviced at this location. I find the sales and service staff to be well matched and attentive to my needs. My Murano was even rear-ended by another customer last fall in the service line and the team was incredible - a huge factor in my new car purchase. You don't just purchase a car, you're investing in a service team afterwards and you should feel good about that lifecycle too. I refer this dealership for sales and service and even had a friend just buy a Pathfinder too for similar reasons. Highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be back.
Went for an oil change and tire rotation at 67,000 miles. I’m happy it was done correctly in under 1 hour. I’m unhappy because I received an estimate of $1049 for all this work found during safety inspection that needed to be done. The sad part is all the work was done at 60,000 miles 6 months ago. I think they were trying to rip me off
He was very friendly and took the time to explain what was needed for the vehicle.
Josh was great making sure I had all the information I needed to decide what was best for me now that I've purchased my leased vehicle. I wound up choosing 4 new Firestone tires because of the long-term value in them. I will always use the Service Dept. for my check-ups and tune-ups.
