I've been going to this dealer for over 20 years and have been treated so well everytime. Sales and service, great group of people, hats off to Scott in sales and Brad in service.
Easy to deal with. Hassle free. When I showed up most of the paperwork was already done, things checked out to my expectations, and best of all they were honest brokers.
I liked dealing with Patrick W. We were able to come to a good final price on a used vehicle. A couple days after the purchase an issue with the windshield was found. Patrick and the guys at Ryan Auto Mall were very responsive and quickly repaired/replaced the windshield.

This is my first time going to this dealership. With that said, I will gladly come back to this dealership. I walked in, with no appointment and was greeted with the most professionalism. They were honest about the wait and did an amazing turn over from one person to another, providing accurate information. Both Brandon and Nate, did an amazing job ensuring I had the right vehicle I was looking for.
I brought my Ram in for service during a snowstorm and needed it back ASAP for plowing. As a first-time customer, I was blown away by the service. Jamie, my service advisor, understood the urgency and kept me updated the whole time. The team worked quickly and professionally, and had my truck back on the road fast. Excellent service all around—I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend them.
