Mr. Stephon provided excellent customer service and kept me know informed of the services and obtained the part that I needed very expediently. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my service date dute to contracting the Flu. My service was still accomplished directly upstairs n my rescheduled date. He is certainly an asset to the Stafford dealership!

The timely performance of the Service work that we had done there did not meet our expectations.

The time to do the work seemed a little excessive. I know the service department was very busy that day. The repair seems to have worked. One issue though is now my start/stop does not function at all and it was functioning fine before the repairs.

I had a great experience with Safford CJDR. Stephon was very helpful. I was recommended by Anibal.
