The business manager gave me numbers on a used vehicles. I was ready to finish the purchase until the GM reached back out to me and bumped up the price by a couple of thousands, using the excuse that the pricing was advertise lowered then they are actually selling it for on many websites. The problem with that is when I spoke to the business manager I never mentioned the price or the website. She simply gave me the numbers I saw on the website without me mentioning it to her. As you can see the GM was trying to pull a fast one on me. I use to work in this business so I know they can bump up the prices on used car as much as they want by a click of a button.
Sales managers dishonest. Was only for floor mats promised but pulled a bait and switch
Techicians are clueless. They have no clue of what they are doing. They missed the most obvious things like Check engine light and worked on tire allignment and left it in a worse sitution than before. We had a long trip planned and we could not get the car in time and had to make alternative arrangements. They were very rude and were not at all apologetic about the mistakes and the mess. I live 3o mins away and had to make multiple trips to get it sorted. For your own safety, do not go here. People are rude, servicing is horrible, they ripped me off. Overall one of the worst servicing centers.
My wife bought a New Jetta the end of August from VW of North Attleboro.. After driving her car, I decided to treat myself to a new one also. I went back to VW of North Attleboro because of the experience we had with her purchase. Again I had the same superior customer interaction with Chris, Norma and Sales rep, George. I know I could have shopped around but George was the driving factor to my return. It was a no nonsense purchase and he was able to locate the Jetta with the color and options I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was 5 Star at this dealership.
I bought a new Jetta GLI on Sunday (picked it up Tuesday) and George and Chris were helpful, courteous and not your typical sales people. Norma in Finance was a joy to work with as well. All three did place the customers’ needs above their maximum profit (they do still of course make enough) making it a way different experience than in the high-pressure environments at big/mixed brand dealerships! Overall very well buying experience!
My wife and I just purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from North Attleboro Volkswagen. Our experience with Chris, sales manager and George, sales rep rates 5 star not only for their knowledge but also for the patient and caring demeanor that they both demonstrated. Norma was great to work with in the financing dept. This is our 7th VW we have purchased and by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with.
