Outstanding service tech representative. Was extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. He kept me fully informed of the repair status and offered additional advice regarding how to best maintain my RX-350. I always chose Ira for their quality service.
I took my car for service yesterday. Elias was very helpful and courteous. The wait was a little long but my car was serviced and washed. Win, win!
