Misunderstood warranty and arrived for service not covered. They still serviced at no charge. Extremely generous and even provided loaner for a medical appointment. Exceptional service!

I was pleased with the service. Jennifer Perry is so lovely and very helpful. Even though a loaner car was offered to me, I opted to wait for service. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was quite content to sit quietly and read my book. The snack bar was appreciated. Jennifer kept me updated as to what was happening with my car.
