Outstanding overall. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Luther Kia, and the experience was excellent both times. Scott was knowledgeable about the product and very professional, but never pushy. He sent me proposals for different cars before I visited in person, and the final price was exactly as described. Jamie in finance was also excellent - she moved quickly, but gave me plenty of time to read the documents before we signed. She also didn’t try to push warranties or other products after I declined. I’ve worked with dozens of dealers in the past, but Scott and the folks at Luther Kia were some of the best. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re in the market for a new Kia or Nissan.
