My interactions with Rachide were positive. Other than him, I had to ask you to charge the car when it was at 60-something percent. You should be doing that for customers. A bird pooped on the windshield and no one bothered to clean it off. Why aren't you washing cars prior to returning to the customer? A quick wash and vacuum is always nice.
