They are the best in quality and price! We love Chris and the mechanics are terrific.
We are new to the area and this was our first experience with the service department. We came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Communication was clear and concise, and Kim was an absolute machine at her desk. After speaking with Kim, I knew we were in good hands.
Working with Bingle Livioco for a 2nd time was a pleasure. He did a great job despite the issues we had with vehicle availability. Bingle is always pleasant and kept me well informed along the way. He and his manager, Roxy, were a good team. Once the Equinox EV arrived, it was prepped well at the dealership. Everyone at the Fitzgerald dealership was helpful, and we promptly came to a fair deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Fitzgerald.
Satisfied with purchase. Sales staff seemed reasonably knowledgeable, but I had to talk with the service desk to get some questions answer. I didn't haggle as the vehicle I wanted was hard to find. Fitz had the closest one within 75 miles of my house and out of probably 10 dealers I checked. Price was still comparable to what I had seen in other places. They didn't offer floor mats and the vehicle should have included them. I didn't see they were missing because I shopped in the dark. Extended warranty pressure was reasonable. Fitz allowed me to pay a down payment and come back in a week with a check for the rest. I would go back if looking for another vehicle.
Whenever we need a car Fitzgerald is our go-to dealership. They always have a great selection and their staff is always top notch. We’ve tried other places and they just don’t compare. Now we won’t go anywhere else.
