I would have given 5 stars but there was an Issue with Tire Pressure Sensor.This notification came on After I had my Tires rotated.

I didn't feel pressured into any decision and felt it was one of the best, if not the best, experience I've had working with a sales person when buying a car. They seem to be honest and didn't try to upsell a bunch of needless stuff. They stuck to what really needed to be done, even though I told them to look for any other problems on this long neglected car -- and that would have been the perfect opportunity to upsell.

Just bought my second Tiguan from this dealership and had an excellent experience again. I was very happy to work with the best car sales guy I know, Paul Lazzaro, both times. Can’t say enough about how customer-friendly Paul is and how easy he’s made both purchases go for me. Also had a great experience with Steve in finance. He was also very friendly and provided a lot of helpful information when trying to decide about extra coverages, warranties, etc. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager who genuinely cares about providing quality customer service. I definitely recommend Colonial in Medford. Great staff and love my new Tiguan!
