The folks at Colonial West should be proud as they run the most customer friendly service departments I have ever dealt with. The entire service experience is smooth as butter with friendly front desk staff who keep you informed throughout the repair. The technicians do great work with attention to detail I’ve not experienced with other Chevy service departments in the area. They’ve made me a customer for life. Highly recommended.

Service team is on point. They really took care of me and my truck. The service manager is extremely nice and understands customers needs. I have often said a service department makes or breaks a dealership. This is a good team and I will be back for service and for my next purchase
