I came in to get my car fixed and realized I needed new car. Courtney was very helpful, sympathetic and felt she was able to listen and give me excellent advice. At a time when I was vulnerable, she recognized what I needed to make a difficult decision and feel like I was getting good advice. I appreciate her being there that day and will forever be grateful. I would recommend her if you need straight advice and need to feel you can trust the person who is helping you make difficult decision.
