Every one I dealt with was very kind and efficient. Ian was considerate and really thoughtful in making certain I understood what needed to be done.
The staff are great but service so so with little communication and serviced car returned beyond dirty

The slowest car buying process I've ever experienced. I already picked my car, already negotiated the price and it still took 4.5 hours just to complete the transaction. Very painful. You don't even have the people I delt with as options on yhe next page.
Tim, Brittney and Ray were awesome and got my Tacoma repaired ahead of schedule. I drove it over an hour to take it to Stevinson and will definitely do it again, including for my next vehicle purchase.
