Carrie Hoffman was great did not have an appointment she took me right in and gave a estimated time of service, I was very pleased with the outcome and every thing was explained to me.

Dealership provided attentive explanations. When asked questions about a replacement part for my Miata MX5. A very thorough assessment, and a very professional, knowledgeable Management Service Representative .Craig went above and beyond helping to resolve the matter. Over all was a great experience. The finance guy was a little bit pushy about selling us a extra warranty that we clearly didn’t want to buy. He made us feel like the car we purchased is not safety and good so we need to buy a extra warranty .
