James Menzie, my sales rep, was exceptional. No pressure, just honest observations and opinions. The process was not rushed. Car was ready with all accessories. The rest of staff was great, as well. Subaru and the dealership are very customer oriented. Yes, there was on individual who pushed the sales a bit with extra this and extra that...but, with all his 'insistence', he was a nice guy about it. Best care experience I've had in years.
