Extremely disappointing experience — rude and unprofessional management. I came to Lehighton Kia to help a family member who was seriously considering a lease, and while our salesperson Sam was courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, the experience was completely ruined by the behavior of the sales manager, Billy. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — speaking to us in a condescending and disrespectful tone that made it clear he had no interest in earning our business. Despite Sam’s best efforts, we ultimately walked out because of Billy’s behavior. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline — not the exception.

The service dept is a joke. They always promise to wash your car but they did not wash my car after i asked them to. My car taps pretty bad & they tell me that there is nothing wrong with it.

My technician was Dylan and I was also speaking to Walter at the front desk. I came in with spark plugs that had an issue. However, instead of sending me on my way after the repair was completed, they took the time to run some more tests to check their work. My engine was still misfiring and they got to the root of the issue! I appreciate how thorough they are with their repairs!

I came in and had the pleasure of speaking with Dylan. He showed me around the lot. He was very patient with me and helped me decide which car was the right one for me.
