Salesman was not friendly or helpful to a new buyer. Seems to only want the sale. Was not interested in the problems we highlighted to him.

Kevin and Richelle treated me like family. I have known them for a long time, I used to work for them. I have called kevin that afternoon I told him my credit was hit badly by a separation however I I had a decent down payment, therefore by the time I got there I sat down and I signed the papers before I even paid anything he told me: You are leaving here with a nice car today. Once I finished signing my application Kevin took it to Richelle and Kevin went to the back got me this gorgeous low mileage, beautiful in excellent condition Nissan Rogue SL with its own navigation system, seat warmers, all leather; tier three and he also said we will start with this one and you come back in two years and we will upgrade you. This car is beautiful already so I cannot wait to see what’s coming next. We drove it and I fell in love with it, once we came back into the office. I believe it took 1 and they stayed late for me. My payment extremely decent $ 389.00 a month, down payment totally reasonable considering my credit score. I love my SUV and I recommend this place to absolutely anyone, if you have a decent down payment, don’t go to Cavender’s or Sports and imports their vehicles are crappy. I got GAP coverage. I don’t have to worry about anything. He even got me in touch with Khristy from Progressive which as we all know is the best insurance. I had insurance in less than 30 minutes and only because she was driving and on the way home otherwise I think it would have taken 15 minutes. I just want to say thank you guys and it was such an easy process, I didn’t feel judged or had to go back and forth. I gave an offer it was accepted and the car was mine. So I think it took 1 hour and 45 minutes the entire process and forget about spending money on UBER, Lyft or taxis. On a scale from 1 to 10, being 1 the worst and 10 the best, I give them a 100. I can’t add pictures in here I believe, but I did posted another good review on google and you can see the pictures. Everyone knows a good car, used and with low mileage is the best deal. I promise you. They will work with you on whatever goal and dream of a car you have. Fabian
