What Others Say

10/04/2008 We saw a car advertised on cars website, called this dealership and asked if they have it in stock currently because we'd be coming from about 50 miles away. The person answering the phone says yes, we have it, describes the car correctly and says his name is Jason, "come on in and ask for me when you get here, please". We drive for an hour, get there, nobody asks we can be helped for about 15 minutes. I go to the main desk and tell them I am here to see Jason and buy a car. They say okay, have this guy help you (some other dealer). The guy explains that they don't have the car and goes away. Comes back and says they just got it and it's being detailed... a few minutes later, says they sold it. I get annoyed and I ask to see Jason, the guy I originally spoke with. He says (the other dealer) that there is no Jason at their dealership! I ask for the manager and five minutes later he (the manager) comes and tells me that Jason works in a call center, not actual dealership. I call him a liar because this Jason guy told me to SEE HIM at the dealership (so he would get credit for sale). He tells me and my family to "get the xxxx out my store before he calls the police on us". The same car is still advertised on cars website. If you go to this dealership... good luck, that's all I'll say.

They priced a vehicle $4000 cheeper on their website and sold it to me without telling me this. They also called a month later telling me I owe them $500 because I gave them a bad title on my trade in when I told the salesman about the title and they gave me $700 less than it was worth as a clean title, which woudl mean they knew about the bad title!
