Service advisor Zach took great care of my needs. Recall and couple minor things. Kept me informed and updated.

Took our 2014 Jeep in for a warranty replacement on a clockspring. Ryan kept us up to speed but it did take almost 2 weeks for the part to come in but that was not Ryan's issue. Would return again.
This was my first time to visit Shottenkirk with my Grand Jeep Cherokee. My service advisor was Josh and he was great! Went in for oil change and he kept me informed and explained the importance of changing my cabin filter. I will continue to use them for future service and highly recommend!
