The service center here is horrible. I've decided to take my Toyota's to be serviced at the Fairfield center rather than bring them to the Vacaville service center. The employees are curt and abrasive and just don't appear to care about their customers. Their technician wrote on the evaluation that they suspected an issue and problem but never actually tested or verified and yet i was still charged for the service. It is my experience that the employees there at the service center don't value their customer's experience so I prefer to go somewhere more courteous and professional and I found that at the Fairfield Toyota service center.

Brought Toyota cross on Feb 2023 April started trouble in and out shop 4 time same trouble can't fix last one keep my car for 3 weeks call Toyota headquarters they take refunds my money they said ìs lemon car but Vacaville Toyota doesn't to take it Terrible deal ships

Terrible!! ! This place is fraudulent and criminal, deserve a 0 for review. Took a truck in for basic service and they completed damaged it! Truck is now inoperable and want to charge over $14,000 to fix it! They are incompetent! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
