I was more please at this service than my last. My fluids were not checked at my last oil chance. I ran out of washer fluid and coolant was very low.
The service member that checked me in was rude. Took forever to get me checked in. Seemed he was occupied and didn’t address me until I asked him what to do. Then when he came to the car who opened the door without warning while I was leaning on it so I nearly fell out of the car. No apology or nothing. I will say that the service was faster than normal. Usually it’s almost a 2 hour wait. I was there a little less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Needs to improve in customer service. Other than that, it was okay. Prices have gone up in past year, but inflation I guess…
I really like the online update. Every aspect is sent to your phone and you’re updated on what’s wrong with your car when it’s finished and how the service is going.

Very Satisfactory! No unnecessary pressure, All our concerns were adequately addressed. Our schedule was accommodated. Overall pleasant experience.
