Kevin at Buddy was invaluable. He tried everything possible to help me with my car. They told him that the part for my car would not be in for 2 to 3 months. I explained to Kevin that I could not wait that long due to needing my car to get back and forth to work. He worked very hard to get the part in 5 days. He helped me out a lot . Now the downfall: They would not allow me to have a loner. They said they do not do that. I have bought 3 cars from Chevelet over the years, and I was very upset that they could not give me a car for a couple of days. This is something they need to change. Like I said, Kevin worked very hard for me. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. From now on, I will only go to Kevin for service, and no one else. Great job, Kevin. Five stars to you.
