Eric helped me from beginning to end , from the time I requested the carfax to the time I arrived at the dealership to test drive my new to me truck. Great individual, well spoken, attenitive, he talks to you like you're family while keeping it very professional... stand up individual. We both have military backgrounds so naturally we clicked. Charles was great from the moment I arrived to the dealership. He was pleasant, attentive and patient. When I contacted him about the C300 I liked that recently arrived to the dealership, he was able to send me information and a video on the car I wanted quickly and before I arrived. He did not make me feel pressured and was a pleasure to deal with. I am planning on buying another Mercedes in the future and I will be reaching out to Charles for sure before I head to the dealerhship. He also took the time to answer questions I had about the car after my purchase and assured me that I could reach out to him if I had any further questions or concerns. It is refreshing to meet people that are friendly (the staff at Mercedes) and also care about the customers wants and needs.
Michael is what is needed at other service departments. Knowledgeable, and focused on taking care of customers.
I have been working with Ken for more than 25 years. It has always been a joy and he has always treated us more than fair. It is hard to find someone who cares as much as Ken does his professionalism is a credit to his trade.
