I had done my homework and knew what I wanted before arriving. Both Lynne Osborn and Jeremy were great to deal with and were both very knowledgeable. The process took a little longer than I expected and I didn’t get my price for my trade but I felt they did a great job with everything else.
Pretty seamless, Adam was the sales rep and was reasonable with the negotiations. Buying experience was pretty easy.
