In on time, courteous greeting by Chad, only about 1.5 hours and Brandon took great care of my Explorer, in and out was painless.

Sierra, works with me to get our two Fords serviced in a timely manner. She keeps me updated if the mechanic runs into a problem that will extend the estimated time to repair originally provided. She always asks if I need a ride home with their courtesy driver. Often, I walk to the nearby Starbucks while my vehicle is being serviced and she is fine with the time it takes me to walk back. I would never keep her or any of the other service reps after hours if that meant walking back from Starbucks or Hartville.
I've never had an experience that was so quick and friendly and they got the job done. I don't think I would ever go to another dealership when this one is available I'm very satisfied!
