The staff was extremely helpful and wise to my needs and for my car's situation.
Service is always very good at this dealership and the staff are very friendly and helpful they also keep you informed on your cars progress
Spitzer Kia Cleveland makes buying a car a great experience. This is number 7 and we have no intention of going anywhere else when it's time for number 8.
The process from choosing what I want when I walked in at 2:15 was smooth but the rest of the process was draw out until 6:45. I wasn't happy on how long the finance process took.
