Jose was amazing he came in on his day off to make the deal, his manager was amazing as well. Only slow down we had was the finance department seems like they were overwhelmed eventually we got in I would suggest speeding that process up a little bit.
This was a great experience and Rocco did a great job! I'm very hopeful I've found a decent Ford dealer for the future.
