I sold myself the car by doing research online, and I went in and the salesman told me that they didn't have the one I want in stock and he would let me know when it arrived and did I want to put down a deposit. I said sure. He did not inform me that there was a $15 charge for using a charge card to make that deposit. Had I known that I would have gone to the bank and got the money. I was told that I would get a refund of that $15 to date I have not seen it.

I only dealt with this dealer online and via email. There was a mixup concerning the date for me to come look at the car, so it was sold before I could make the trip. At least they let me know the car sold before i came.

Cody was so helpful. He got the car I wanted in the color I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle.

They made the experience of buying a car less intimidating and was transparent with every step of the purchase.

Service center was fine. I also made an offer on a used car. Sales would not budge off their sticker price. I was at 95%. Dissappointing.
