Dropped my truck off while I went out of town for a conference. Everything repaired and ready when I returned.
I don't know who the driver was or what drivers that left Johnson uses to bring people their cars, but a driver stole our car and didn't deliver it for 3 hours. And for that reason, I am not happy am I happy with the customer service from the team to a certain degree, yes, but the resolve. We do not have it resolved.

I didn't really deal with Matthew Cavaness as far as I know. My salesman Henry did a great job in terms of getting the truck ready and answering my questions; the only issue was that the car wasn't ready to test drive when I first showed up because it went into the shop. But I was happy for the tradeoff as the service department did a complete brake job and multiple checks (warranty/recalls) to get the truck in perfect shape before picking it up.
Anthony was very friendly and helpful regarding my situation, he was very professional in explaining the process of leaving my vehicle and estimated time it would take to diagnose and the cost if repairs didn’t fall under warranty.
