DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARBAGE CAR LOT!!! This awful place will do anything possible to make it a hassle for you to get rid of their vehicle!!! My Fiancé had a vehicle through them, HE ALWAYS MADE HIS PAYMENTS ON TIME EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR THE LAST 2+ YEARS! We traded said vehicle from sole savers in, the new dealer called over and got a "payoff" for said vehicle, the next day after the vehicle was traded in (and the check was being processed by the new dealers bank) Heather (same person who gave the payoff amount to the dealer the day before) with this car lots "in house financing company" Northwest Acceptance Corporation started harassing us, threatening to reposess said car from the new dealer, and demanding a 136$ payment!!! Mind you this payment she is demanding is included in the pay off amount the dealer just paid them!!! After Heather rudely let us know, she was going to reposess the vehicle from the new dealer and my Fiancé would have a repossession on his record, she hung up on me. Reported her to the manager of said company and he was a complete joke and brushed my complaint off, and also demanded said payment or my Fiancé would have a repossession on his record!!! Needless to say we paid the stupid 136$ payment to them that day, and then informed the new dealer sole savers was threatening to reposess the vehicle. They threatened us, tried to use the scare tactic about the new loan not being funded and told us we would likely have to give our new truck back anyway (not true by the way! I still have my truck!), even Ford said this place is Garbage! They even went as far to say World Famous Autos is better then sole savers!!! That is saying something!
Bought 2nd vehicle. 1st one I put new motor in. Day I bought 2nd did not make it home before engine light came on. I bet they reset light no concern for safety of buyer. Immediately report in the following morning car in shop I wanted my down given back or a reliable vehicle. It was denied for four weeks my 18 year old had to pay 400 on insurance on vehicle not in our possession to use. Chevrolet dealer needed to reprogram brain of car then the Sole Savers manager said he undo the deal three weeks later still waiting for that to take place. Called today no return call. I called for my attorney to look into this manner and made complaint to BBB.
Wish could remember his name Mc Fraley. He went above and beyond to get us into a car took his time and make sure we were happy. I’d recommend this place.
They got me in a car, yes. They have high interest rates and high pay payments. Going through a government shut down and they don’t work with you on payment arrangements even though you’re not getting paid. They said I needed to borrow money and couldn’t work with me and if I couldn’t pay during this government shutdown they will take the car. Never had a dealership as unprofessional as this one. Everyone else I have ever had has always worked with me. I would not suggest this place at all to anyone. Rude people as well when trying to ask them about working with me.
I traded in a 2005 Chevy Impala for a 2002 Dodge Dakota pick up on Feb. 21st, 2018. 2 months later I received a ticket in the mail for traffic violation that occurred on April 20th, 2018, which seemed odd since I don't own the Impala anymore. I called this company to get this resolved because the Municipal Court in Medford told me that either Sole Savers or the wholesale company they used failed to turn in the proper paperwork to the DMV. NOT ONE PERSON FROM Sole Savers would call me back or even help me in finding out who the wholesaler sold the car to. After several phone calls to this company, I finally spoke to a very unpleasant lady in the office who could not stop herself from interrupting me, yelling at me, and who offered zero assistance, neither did a man name Jorge or the manager nor the man who sold me the car. Funny thing is, I am a disabled veteran who refinanced the truck through USAA. Sole Savers was paid in full in 2 months. I got the Municipal Court to help even though they said this was Sole Savers responsibility. The customer does not come first here, nor do they "honor" veterans. Buyer be very aware or do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Thank God I refinance quickly with USAA
I have bought 2 cars from them they are helpful easy to deal with just make your payment on time and if you can't then call they will work with you I like the mew payment program they have a little better pricing then a few years ago
