What Others Say
Sold me a 2019 Yukon and with in 30 days engine problems occurred and they have no doubt I fix it myself
Ordered a new vehicle. Communication throughout the process was very poor. We had to initiate everything. Attitude, especially toward female buyer was condescending - treated like they did us a big favor by selling us a vehicle (that we paid for in full). I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
Process for pickup was clearly last minute, even though appointment was scheduled several days in advance. No walk through of vehicle features.
My navigation system went out on my 2020 Arcadia and also the usb charging port.
So my wife took car in over a year ago to have them check out why. They had it for five mins and said she needed a new media card for around $500 , dumb
The USB ports are not connected to the card , they only share a fuse , they didn’t bother to check.
Through searching Ai , they explained the problems and I find this dealership did a terrible analogy of the problems.
When I called today they tried thee old you never brought it here.
So they lie as well when you corner them. I going to look further into how to hold them responsible for their lack of concern.
Found a potential F-150 online, was of course contacted by their auto reply, but was immediately connected with a live person. Ok, not bad so far. John was his name. I told him which vehicle, and asked if it was still available. He did not know and would have to get back to me. Hmmmm.... its online, it should be available, right? I requested no phone calls as I was at work, please just text me. If it's available, Ill be there at 4:30 to drive it. I received several text messages (from other people, asking more questions). I arrived at the dealership at 4:25, found my way in, was taken to an empty desk with 'John is with another customer but will be right with you'. He stopped by and chatted for 5ish minutes then went to help another customer. 'Ill be right back!" I left 40 minutes later. As i was pulling out, he came running out and stopped me. He THEN informed me they could not find the keys for the vehicle. Fine, where is it parked, I can at least go look at it. 'I don't know'. Really??? From 11:30ish to 4:30 when i showed up you could not find a white F-150 with stickers all around it??? They failed the quality audit for sure. I'm buying a Jeep from Golling today.
Not a trustworthy dealership. I would not recommend to anyone. They car me a car and told me at pick up that there was only one key. That does not seen like a big deal but it is a few $100 drop to get a spare. BUT they sold me a package to be able to get a spare. When trying to order a spare key, they could not have been less helpful! No one was helpful. They are skilled at giving you the run around and covering for each other. They are excellent at no communication and excel at dragging an issue out so long that you give up. I would try another dealership unless you enjoy the anguish of dealing with someone who does not care.
I had a disappointing experience with this dealership and want to share my frustration to help other buyers. I was looking for a specific vehicle – an XL Yukon – and trusted the sales representative to be honest. However, the salesperson misrepresented the car, sending strategically chosen photos to hide the fact that the vehicle was not the XL model I wanted. I bought the car on good faith, sight unseen, and only realized the mistake once it arrived.
Adding to the frustration, the dealership delayed the car’s shipping, further complicating the purchase process. When I contacted them about the mistake, they politely dismissed my concerns, saying it would be a ‘paperwork nightmare’ to swap out the vehicle. Rather than taking accountability, they chose to walk away from the issue, leaving me stuck with a car I didn’t want.
Beware of purchasing from this dealership, especially if you’re buying sight unseen. It seems their sales team is more focused on closing deals than on transparent, honest communication with buyers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, particularly those making a long-distance purchase.
