The gentleman I was dealing with was checking my vehicle outside and another salesman walked in and gave me his cars, told me to contact him and he'd help me out. I contacted him about a week later and he wanted me to send him nude photos in return for helping me get financed!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Another salesman told me I couldn't afford the vehicle I was looking at and wouldnt budge on the price due to all the "extras" and what they "had in it"...funny, it still hasn't sold!

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was cracked while parked on the property as I was test driving a vehicle over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from a top manager. I have made 4 trips to the lot to speak to someone and left 6 voicemails. I, as well as multiple family members have purchased vehicles from Moses for years. So, instead of making things right, they are willing to lose a family of business (thousands of dollars) for a $350 windshield replacement. I personally will never buy from here again nor recommend them to my friends or family. A simple phone call could have eliminated this unsatisfactory service. Clearly, this company needs to read up on customer satisfaction.

I visited Moses Toyota last week and purchased a new BMW SUV. I recieved great service. My salesperson was understanding to my families needs and was very personable. I recieved a great price for my trade in & a good deal on my new vehicle. I recommend Moses dealership.

They posted a coupon for wiper blades priced at $19.99. When I show up to purchase they tell me it’s $19.99 each even though the coupon says wiper blades. The parts manager even called someone to clarify and he told them it needed to be changed because it wasn’t clear.

I was met as soon as I got out of my car by a service rep. He was very helpful in letting me know what they were going to do to my Rav 4. Service was promo and well done. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service to there car.

This place does not know what they are doing when comes to repairs. They had my car over a month and still don't have it back yet. They keep giving me excuse after excuse this is a brand new car You can never get a hold of anyone in the service dept check on your car and when you do its a run around I would not recommend having any service work done at this location
