Worked with Nicholas Beddoe and Paul Abizeid to buy my Rogue. Would not hesitate at all to recommend Nissan of Huntington. Nicholas and Paul were professional and a pleasure to work with. Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable about the models I was interested in worked with me to get a deal I was happy with. I thought both were very clear and transparent; I have dealt with other dealerships where the process was filled with surprises and hidden extra fees. This dealership presented all the costs, taxes, fees etc in a detailed and understandable way. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had in several years. Charles explained the vehicle in detail as well as the buying process. No pressure at all. When I went to pick up my vehicle Charles introduced me to the service department, and helped with the Nissan app. I highly recommend this dealership and send kudos to John the manager & Andy from finance!
I had previously purchased 3 Altima’s at Huntington Nissan but I had moved to Smithtown in Jul 2019 so when I purchased my 2019 Nissan Rogue in Jan 2020, I went to Smithtown Nissan since it is only 1 mile from where I live. BIGGEST mistake! Smithtown Nissan is HORRIBLE. I can’t begin to tell you the drama and issues I had with them in Jan/Feb 2020 and then again in Dec 2021. So I came to Huntington Nissan (30 min away as opposed to 1 mile). Wow, I so wish I had purchased my Rogue from Huntington. They are THE BEST! I dealt with Santiago in their service department. He was beyond helpful in working with my on my “free oil change/tire rotation” that I have a 3 year contract for but Smithtown would not honor it saying they didn’t sign it (they had changed ownership after I purchased my Rouge). But the company, Portfolio Protection, said I’m absolutely covered at ANY Nissan dealership for 3 years. So I called and was able to get it all taken care of at Huntington. I will continue to bring my business to Huntington and have told all my friends and family as well.. none of us will ever go to Smithtown again, we will always come to Huntington. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help!!
Within a couple of hours, walked out with 2 cars! Sales, service, finance were awesome. So easy and smooth. Very pleased with this dealer.
I stopped in the dealership after getting mail regarding a rebate of $2500 or adding the same to the value of my car. I felt the appraised value was a bit low, but I understand my car needs service light is on and the car needs a trans work. In addition I'm upside down on my car, I met Eduardo the finance mgr and we discussed numbers. I had to leave to attend a meeting, but we made an appointment to revisit on Monday. He said they're going give me the best offer to earn my business. I will return Monday, I feel confident they will.
