I was told by an oil change outfit that my beloved Ford Taurus was leaking transmission fluid. The staff and mechanics at Bergstrom found the real problem and it was repaired promptly. We bought a 2025 Platinum Explorer from our salesperson, Haley. She was fantastic. Very thorough and easy to work with. The process was streamlined and her level of expertise about the vehicle was great. But it didn’t stop there. The sales manager, Gary, helped us work through the final details and the finance manager, Creed, helped us close it out. Everyone was helpful and nice. Haley was great demonstrating all the wireless features on the vehicle. They called me within the week to finish my tow package installation. Everyone was great! Although I don't remember my finance guy's name, he was very professional.
