I had a stress free experience working with Michael Dever during my recent car purchase. He was friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable about every feature of the car I was interested in. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with professionalism. After my purchase, Michael met with me on the next business day and went over all of the setups and features.
I was contacted by a third party to see what kind of service I received as a long standing customer of this dealership. I called in advance to make an appointment as I was having problems getting my hatchback to open and I was not provided an owners manual for my 2021 Hyindai Kona. I received the appointment for the next morning. Brian the service manager was very rude and opened the hatchback with no problem, but did not offer any assistance in determining why I could not get it to open. I proceeded to the salesman, Joe, Mike Miller's brother who sold me the car after seeing Brian leaving the sales area and quickly found out why. Joe accused me of being rude and raising my voice and informed me that he was not interested in assisting me if I continued. I did not raise my voice and was trying to get a owners manual. I was accused of losing the owners manual and still being told I was yelling and being rude which I was not. So I left! I had previously bought new and used cars at this dealership. I guess you are not a valued customer when you are 70. Mike Miller obviously has a newly trained staff to be rude and obnoxious to customers they no longer see as important. I will be buying a Nissan soon and would no longer recommend this dealership. They are fakes and phony!
I enjoyed my sales experience with Mike Miller and team. My salesman, Chase Wilkens, was very flexible and accommodating. He spent a lot of time going over the car and all its details. There was no pressure and he was very focused on meeting all my needs. This was my third purchase from this dealer and I will continuecoming back.
All of staff were very friendly. They worked to meet our expectations and provided us a quality car that we look forward to servicing with them for many years to come. Rodney has made multiple phone calls to follow up and make sure that everything is OK with the car.
Each person I talked to was very kind and seemed to just be looking to help me get a car when I needed it. I felt that the professionalism I experienced was fantastic, and I'm glad my first new car purchase was through Mike Miller.
